We at Inner Diva Studios have over 15 years of experience in the fitness and dance arena. Our instructors are certified personal and group fitness trainers, dance instructors, and pole instructors who are here to make your experiences fun and memorable. They will help you reach your fitness goals and keep you wanting to come back for more.
Making fitness fun, safe, and accessible to all is the motto of Diva Kim, Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 2005. She has several years of experience in personal training, instructing fitness classes and boot camps throughout the Austin area. Having a variety of different mediums to work with is what prompted her to seek out certifications in not only personal training, but yoga, Pilates, nutrition and hoop dancing.
Diva Sonnie is not your typical dance teacher. She has a degree in Computer Science, and spends her days as a Quality Engineer. She taught at a martial arts school for 6 years before discovering pole dance, aerial arts, and "real" fitness - the kind that makes you happy, not just fit. Her passions had always been singing and art, and she immediately found a passion for pole fitness but especially for sharing it with others, and has been working on those skills for nearly 3 years.
Diva Kate started her pole dancing journey in 2011, shortly after moving to Austin. Growing up with a passion for the arts, she found her love of pole dance fitness through social media and thought it may be a great way to build self confidence. In the past five years she has lost 50 lbs, but she has gained so much more; confidence, friends, a healthier lifestyle, happiness, inner beauty, the list goes on and on. Here favorite class to teach is Intro to Pole, designed specifically for first time pole dancers. When she's not dancing, Kate enjoys working with her hands in construction and cabinetry.
Diva Keeley began her pole dancing journey in January of 2012, and was immediately hooked! Through this amazing form of fitness, she has gained strength, increased her fitness, and met some of the most amazing people in an overwhelmingly supportive community. However, the most significant aspect that she has gained from pole, is feeling comfortable in her own skin, reclaiming her sexuality, and not being ashamed of how pole makes her feel. For her, pole has been a form of empowerment. Pole has helped her embrace her body, and not be ashamed of feeling sexy. She hopes to encourage women, and men, of all shapes and sizes to try pole dancing. Pole can be whatever you want it to be: you can embrace the sexy side, or go another direction and make it modern, more athletic, more "fill-in-the-blank." She is thankful to have found pole fitness and is looking forward to her journey as an instructor at Inner Diva Studios.
Diva Anna began dancing at a very young age; dabbling here and there in different genres such as Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Irish Step-dance, Zumba, and Belly dancing. It was not until two and half years ago when she stepped into her first pole fitness class, at The Girls Room in Dallas, that she knew she was in the right place. It has been quite the journey for Anna; pole is hard work, inspiring, sexy, artsy, and makes one feel confident. She has discovered that no matter the class, she has always walked out with a smile on her face. Anna is certified through Xpert Pole Fitness and will continue learning the different cultures of dance styles. She is eager to share the fluidity,the tricks, and expressive freedom that she has experienced through dance!
Diva Brenna began dancing twelve years ago and has been in love with dance and fitness ever since. Brenna got her degree in Dance at Texas State University. At the University, she studied anatomy and kinesiology of the body, worked with the recreational department on group fitness, and learned to practice a healthy and active life style. Her goal is to spread the knowledge and means to have healthy and active life styles to others.
Diva Adriana grew up in Michigan and found her love of dance at the young age of four when she took her first dance class. With over 14 years of formal dance training in a variety of different forms, she found hip-hop to be her favorite with its strong moves and sassy attitude. In 2010 she moved to Austin and here she found Body Drop which was an instant attraction considering its heavy hip-hop influence, intense cardio benefits, and fun party-like atmosphere. You can't help but have a good time in her class and the time will fly by before you know it!
Diva Jessica began taking dance classes in 2012, focusing on hip hop but also dabbling in contemporary, stiletto, twerk, and other styles. She gravitated towards dance fitness classes because she was able to pick up the choreography and add her own flair to it in a stress-free environment. A long time Inner Diva student, Jessica was certified to teach Vixen Workout in July 2016 and now leads many of her friends in her classes. She fell in love with Vixen Workout because it combines a full body dance cardio workout with a club experience. Dancers can let loose and transform into their alter egos, all while torching calories and having a blast!
