Diva Fit Classes
Inner Diva Studios offers you a variety of workout classes that combine fitness and dance routines that will keep you motivated and help you lose weight.
BUTI is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Classes consist of deep stretching, BUTI shaking and heart-pounding cardio. BUTI dance moves are taken from various styles including Miami Booty Dance, Brazilain Baile Funk, Hip Hop, Crunk and African Tribal.
Beginner Level 1 Hoop Dance
An Introductory class that will get you successfully hooping around your waist, walking with the hoop and hand hooping for a great overall workout. No previous experience required. You will be taught exactly how to maneuver your body inside the hoop. Tone your core and more with a workout that will put a smile on your face and inches off your waist!
Beginner Level 2 Hoop Dance
Now that you know how to hoop on your waist and walk around with your hoop, its time to dance in your hoop! Level 1 skills will be refined and other skills will be introduced to give you a workout that is fun as well as effective. Be ready to explore your Inner Diva inside your hoop!
Intermediate Level 3 Hoop Dance
After basic beginner skills comes more movement with flow and putting these skills together for an amazing workout. All parts of the body will be explored for the hoop to twirl around as well as off body skills!
(Beginner) Fitness Hoop Dance
Come burn up to 600 calories in this cardio hula hooping class! This is the signature class developed and designed by Kim Patty, certified Hoopnotica® and Hoop Revolution® Hoop Dance Instructor. Don’t know how to hoop? Diva Kim will get you started with the basics on your hoop dance at the start of class. This is an innovative way to stay fit while having fun dancing in a hula hoop. All fitness and hoop skill levels welcome to come laugh, move and tone your core and more. We will be hooping to high energy music and getting in touch with our Inner Diva Core.
(Intermediate) Fitness Hoop Dance
Now that you’ve been rockin’ it in your hoops in Beginner Fitness Hoop Dance™ here’s an opportunity to “up” your hoop game! The class will have the same format just more challenging moves that will incorporate Level 1 and 2 Hoop Dance skills. Also, there will be an expanded section to the Hoop Pilates adding some yoga stretch and movement in the hoop. Being comfortable with movement in the hoop and some level 1 and 2 skills suggested to get the maximum benefit from this class.
Performance Hoop Dance
Learning all the hoop dance skills is just the beginning of your hoop dance journey. Now we put them together with fun and sexy choreography that will bring your hoop dance to the next level of expertise and fun! This hoop dance class is welcome to all levels. It is encouraged to take the level 1 hoop dance classes to first learn basic hoop dance skills.
Feeling sexy? You will after this class. Students will learn how to use the chair as their tool of seduction. This class starts with sexy chair work to get the heart racing and the sweat flying, then learn a hot, sultry routine. Heels and sexy attire recommended, but not required. Students can expect to be challenged with a variety of routines, anything from lyrical to metal. There's more than one way to tease. All levels welcome.
We offer 2 varieties of Belly Dance - Traditional Egyptian and Tribal Fusion. No prior experience is needed. Our instructors will teach you everything you need to know. Feel sexy and get fit while moving to beautiful and exotic music.

Sexy Cross Fit
Is a circuit-training class which utilizes vertical pole conditioning, weight training, plyometrics, isometrics, yoga and cardiovascular movement to get your body sweating and aching in all the right ways!
This one-hour class will fly by as you move through 10 circuits, all targeting different muscle groups, while jamming to rock and roll music that will inspire you to sweat! Finish off the class with a 10-minute stretching and flexibility cool-down. You will burn up to 500 calories, gain and tone muscle, and have a blast!
Stripper Style -
Enjoy feeling sexy and invincible! (no pole experience needed - open to all levels) Miss Sophie paid for her BA in Theater and Dance from UT, by dancing in the clubs! She is X-Pert Certified, has over 15 years experience dancing onstage in exotic clubs, and she wants to share the most fun aspects of that experience with you! This class will help you to develop your "character" while you learn choreographed combos designed to show off your sexy silhouette and make you feel invincible! It's the perfect class for anyone wanting to feel sexy, whether you are a beginner looking for some sexy moves, or a veteran looking to polish your performance ability! This is an all-levels class and high heels are optional but encouraged! Each week Miss Sophie will design a new routine with new moves, so get ready to explore your own Stripper Style!
Get your heart-rate up with this high-impact Cardio Hip-Hop dance fitness class! Follow along with your instructor as she leads you through fun, sexy hip-hop dance moves designed to get you sweating! Current hip-hop music and your classic hip-hop tunes will keep you inspired throughout this 55 minute class!
Get more lithe and sinuous muscles
You will work on splits, back arches, extensions, scorpions, pigeons, needles and more! Sexy Flexy takes your basic stretching class and turns it into a more sensuous experience, focusing on poses and techniques that you will use in your pole, burlesque and hula hoop routines... Or, just enjoy feeling the difference in your body, even if you aren't planning a dance routine! All levels of flexibility are welcome. Please wear layers, and high heels are also optional.
