-In order to ensure safety, you must be on time for pole classes. A proper warm-up and stretching session is vital to performing pole execution properly to prevent injuries. Be sure to familiarize yourself with our 7 Sexy Pole Policies located in our pole studio.

***Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Pole classes are taught on a 4 week syllabus with week 4 being a review of the previous 3 weeks. We like to call it a POLE JAM. This gives the students an opportunity to review all that they've learned in class, ask questions and perfect technique.***

Level 1 Pole is for those brand new to pole fitness. Students' feet will not leave the ground. This class will include pole and floor transitions, slides, floor work, basic strength moves, and knowledge of pole vocabulary. An introduction to stretching, balance, core strength for pole dancing will also be in this class.
Level 2 Pole builds on level one skills, as students are introduced to two handed spins, with an emphasis on strength building. Students will begin to climb and will continue to work on pole sits and various transitions.
Level 3 Pole applies student strength, balance, and flexibility to combination spins, transitions, inverts, and holds.
Level 4 Pole allows students to learn more advanced inverts, holds, spins, and combinations.
Level 5 pole focuses on advanced aerial combinations and elements of performance.
Level 6 Pole applies all elements of each level into the highest form of advanced pole dancing fitness.

Buff and Beautiful
Come build the strength, control and balance that's important not just for dance, but for anything you do with your body! We do unique, fun exercises for all levels using yoga balls, partners, or just you. Not your typical strength class, come check it out!
Pole conditioning fuses cardio, plyometrics, strength exercises, and stretching to enhance your pole and/or fitness training.
Pole Fit & Flexy
Using the pole as your balance, you will build muscle and tone your arms, legs, and core. This is a very intense cardio and strength class providing a total body workout. The second half of class focuses on flexibility using a variety of techniques to work towards that sexy split! All levels welcome! No pole experience required.
Pole Jam is an independent student practice class for pole students of all levels. The class will begin with an instructor-guided warm-up and conclude with a cool- down, after students practice pole skills of their choice throughout the allotted class time. An instructor will monitor the practice and is available for direct skill guidance, spotting, and clarification of moves. Students should refrain from teaching other students. Instructors will not be teaching new curriculum, as the sole purpose for this class is practice, perfection, and clarification. Come play!

Pole Performance (Beginner & Advanced)
Performance pole features a choreography based approach, where students will perfect their intermediate, and advanced spins, grips, floor work, and transitions. Each week students will learn a new routine to show off their sexy moves. All pole levels welcome. Heels encouraged!
Pure tricks is a tricks-based class for levels 3 and up. Student must be able to invert independently and with confidence.
Diva Fit Classes (Dance & Fitness)
Belly Dancing Babes
While Belly Dancing is so sexy and fun, you may not realize the many benefits! The graceful hip drops, rolls, and pivots of this dance form utilize muscle groups in the abdomen, pelvis, trunk, spine, and neck, working with the body instead of against it. When movements are performed properly, they can help prevent lower back problems, relieve back stress, increase hip flexibility, tone arm muscles and increase weight loss. (Belly dance skirts are provided)
Shimmy your body to gain stamina while burning calories and toning legs and arms.Tone your core and turn some heads as you learn to pop, undulate and
shimmy muscles you never even knew you had. Belly-fusion adds upbeat music and a modern twist to basic moves from the ancient Middle Eastern art form.
Burly-Q Bombshells (returning in the Fall)
Welcome to the glamorous world of Burlesque. Where glitter and sequins are part of your everyday vocabulary, tassels twirl, and you have to cover everything in rhinestones! Burlesque performer Sweet Dee will teach you how to strut, tease, flirt and take it off...in a PG-13 sort of way of course. This is not ordinary dance class...have a little fun and dress it up (or down-whatever you feel comfortable and sexy in) ! Heels make everything better and the more props you bring the better experience you'll have. Sassy attitudes always help you work it!! Recommended props include, but not limited to hats, boas, gloves, bras, ties, men's shirts, etc . Don't forget to bring your winks and smiles!
BUTI is a high-intensity workout that fuses yoga and dance with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Classes are 55 minutes and consist of deep stretching, BUTI shaking and heart-pounding cardio. BUTI dance moves are taken from various styles that focus on an intense shaking of the hips (and BUTI) including Miami Booty Dance, Brazilain Baile Funk, Hip Hop, Crunk and African Tribal. BUTI is sure to get your energy high and your abs tight!
BUTI Fitness is a new and exciting way to get your booty and the rest of your body in shape. With a unique blend of yoga, plyometrics and dance you will be sweating, stretching and shakin' it to old and new school dance beats. The "LITE" series will include modifications for the "shake it, but don't break it crowd". This is the perfect class to come to if you need a more lo-impact workout, but still want to feel the burn. Come enjoy an invigorating workout that will have you celebrating your BUTI-fulness!
Cardio Tone & Tease (returning in the Fall)
Get ready to sweat! This class pairs up hot dance moves for a blast of cardio with strength training to target all those curves. Students can expect a total body workout with the use of free weights, stability balls, and body weight. Get your sexy on!!
Feeling sexy? You will after this class. Students will learn how to use the chair as their tool of seduction. This class starts with sexy chair work to get the heart racing and the sweat flying. Then learn a hot, sultry routine that will surely bring that special someone to their knees. Heels and sexy attire recommended, but not required. Students can expect to be challenged with a variety of routines, anything from lyrical to metal. There's more than one way to tease. All levels welcome.
This class combines heart pumping cardio style kickboxing, free weights for conditioning and the use of focus mitts and kick pads for an added dose of strength training and self defense.
FITNESS HOOP DANCE
Come burn up to 600 calories in this cardio hula hooping class! Don’t know how to hoop? No problem, you’ll be hooping in minutes with the help of Kim Patty, certified Hoopnotica® Hoop Dance Instructor. All fitness and hoop skill levels welcome to come laugh move and tone your core and more. We will be hooping to high energy music and getting in touch with our Inner Diva Core. Be prepared to HAVE FUN while you sweat!
Hard Core Diva
Do you want a 6 pack, 4 pack or even a 2 pack? This one hour class will be full of ab ripping, booty burning and core crunching moves to get you feeling strong and fierce! Focus is on total core.
Hip Hop Divas (returning in the Fall)
Get ready to dance like you were in the club! This class is half cardio hip hop to get your sweat flowing and half choreographed routine to keep that goove going.
Beginner Level 1 Hoop Dance
An Introductory class that will get you successfully hooping around your waist, walking with the hoop and hand hooping for a great overall workout. No previous experience required. You will be taught exactly how to maneuver your body inside the hoop. Tone your core and more with a workout that will put a smile on your face and inches off your waist!
Beginner Level 2 Hoop Dance
Now that you know how to hoop on your waist and walk around with your hoop, its time to dance in your hoop! Level 1 skills will be refined and other skills will be introduced to give you a workout that is fun as well as effective. Be ready to explore your Inner Diva inside your hoop!
Intermediate Level 3 Hoop Dance
After basic beginner skills comes more movement with flow and putting these skills together for an amazing workout that can burn up to 800 calories in one hour! All parts of the body will be explored for the hoop to twirl around!
Power Babes Boot Camp
This class uses several modes of exercise such as power yoga, power Pilates and power kick box with traditional boot camp moves to keep your muscles responding. A strength training and cardio mix at quick paced intervals to power pumping tunes to give you rapid results and added energy. If you want a seriously sexy body, then seriously consider Power Babes Boot Camp.
Stretching your muscles is just as important as exercising your muscles. This class is designed to help you extend and lengthen your body with safe and effective stretches to make you more flexible and supple. All levels and abilities welcome. If you have a foam roller, bring it to class for foam rolling techniques that will help "iron out" tight muscles. Limited number of foam rollers provided in class.
Sexy Sculpt is a class designed to help define your muscles for a lean healthy body. We will use a variety of equipment from free weights, bands, stability balls and more to bring out the sexy sleekness of your physique. Included in class will be the Brazilian butt lift series to help lift and tone your derriere.
Kickboxing isn't just for fighting! This class uses the basics of martial arts to get a great cardio workout while working on balance, flexibility, and maybe even a little anger management ;)
This is a sculpt and tone class that will challenge you and help you find better body alignment, balance and define your muscles at the same time.
Yogalates is the class that brings the benefits of both yoga and Pilates all in one. By combining the eastern Indian traditions of yoga with its focus on strength, flexibility and spirituality and the benefits of Pilates core strengthening exercises, Yogalates is a perfect match for the complete mindfull workout.
Cardio dance using Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective way to lose weight while having fun! All levels welcome.
